I figured that getting my wedding ring would be one of the easier items to check off the massive wedding to-do list... but somehow nothing seemed to work with my engagement ring the way I'd envisioned. Really, I just wanted a simple band that could fit flush against it, yet I had to deal with several hard-sell jewelers trying to convince me to pay way more than I'd expected. Ugh. To put my fiancee out of his misery from being dragged all around on the Quest for the Mythical Ring I was resigned to having something custom-made.
As I chatted with the friendly staff at The Jewel Box about what I had in mind to get a quote, the owner chimed in that if I were willing to let them laser off a tiny bit of my engagement ring that it would probably solve the entire issue. While this sounded a bit "Austin Powers Villain-esque," it was also a beautifully easy solution to the whole thing! It saved us about $400 off the ring they would have custom-made for us and I was incredibly pleased with the final result. Based on my experience I will definitely be going back next time I'm in the market for some bling.

Though I've never been a big jewelry person, as I get older, I'm beginning to develop a bit of a taste for it! The Jewel Box accelerated that interest! When I stepped into this store, I saw tons of amazing pieces. Hee hee! When I get ready to get married, I want to get my ring at the Jewel Box, or at least check out their selection first.
I went a while back with my friend Lucy H. while she was looking for her perfect engagement ring and I was so impressed with the quality, price, and most of all, selection and people! They have amazing, unique jewelry which includes necklaces, daily wear jewelry as well as specialty diamonds and wedding bands (which they can alter for you to your detailed request). In the end, you get a ring that's completely and uniquely yours. I saw a ring there that I fell in love with... now I just have to find the right guy! Ahahah.... the ring part is so much less complicated. :)

I am sure that you have had many people come in and out of your doors that have made numerous purchases. But today I sit and write to you regarding one very precious gift that was bought for me at your store.
Last year was my 35th wedding anniversary and I wanted something very special to remember the occasion. I had been looking everywhere for the perfect tennis bracelet, and in my mind's eye I could see it clearly. But it was nowhere to be found. My husband and I were on our way to a friend's home and we saw your store. He asked if I wanted to take a look inside and see if I might find the bracelet I was looking for. We went inside and there it was! The exact bracelet that I had pictured in my mind was right in front of me! Your sales representatives were wonderful to us and you even gave us a break on the price... we could not have been happier.
This past February I lost my sweet husband to brain cancer. This past November would have been our 36th year together. We had a wonderful marriage, and he was a great person to share my life with... he went on with no regrets. Even though he is gone there is a sweet reminder that rests on my left wrist of that wonderful day in your store. Thank you for being there... the memory of the smile that came across his face will last the rest of my life. He had found the perfect gift to reflect our commitment of the life we shared together... I know that at this time many businesses are facing struggles... I will lift up your store and ask God for a special blessing for you and yours this Christmas season. They are fabulous. This store has some of the most distinctive and beautiful jewelry I have seen in Silicon Valley. The prices are fair and the quality is outstanding.
Tod, the owner, was very knowledgeable. He was helping a young couple pick the "perfect" wedding set and showed them a variety of settings and stones. He was also helping my husband and me pick out my birthday present. We bought a gorgeous ring and they polished it and provided us with an appraisal so we could have it insured. He also cleaned both of our wedding rings as a courtesy. Since it was the day before Mother's Day, it was very busy but everyone seemed to be helped. I chatted with an older couple who have had several transactions with the Jewel Box Jewelers and they have been very happy with the quality of the jewelry and the attentiveness and knowledge of the personnel. This is not your usual mall jewelry store. It is a huge cut above other stores in the area.

Several years ago, my fiance and I were shopping for my engagement ring, this store wasn't on our list, but we stopped anyways - for which we are eternally grateful. We were looking for a ruby ring and saw several that were nice, but not "the one." My fiance was looking at the Sapphire rings and saw what eventually became the one. Although the ring was very pretty, I wanted it with a ruby and the people at the Jewel Box Jewelers were more than happy to help. They found a ruby and switched it with the Sapphire. It was, and still is, the perfect ring for me.
Now that we're getting married, we wanted a wedding band to match the ring, no easy task as the ring has a hexagonal shape. We came back to the Jewel Box and they were more than up to the task. Dale created a gorgeous piece that perfectly fit my engagement ring. I could not have asked for anything better. It is absolutely perfect. The two rings could not fit together better, the stones on both rings match up, and the engraving on the wedding band completely matches the engagement ring. I absolutely love my wedding ring; it is incredibly beautiful and will make a terrific heirloom one day.
