My grandparents on my mom's side owned a jewelry store in Carmel, CA called "The House That Jack Built." I loved to go there in the summer and help my grandpa; maybe that's why it means so much to have a family-owned business today. Helping people find the perfect gift for their special someone makes my day.
You only get engaged once... Gifts, however, there several times for that each year! I love fashion jewelry and know what works. Because of this our clients trust me to help them select just the right piece for them. It's all about jewelry that's wearable with just the right amount of sparkle and pizzazz. I'm especially happy when I know one of our clients is going home with a little jewelry box that's guaranteed to put a BIG smile on her face!
When I'm not at the store, or training at the GIA (Gemological Institute of America), I treasure time with my family: Tod, our two boys and the four chickens. Yep, chickens! And if anyone asks, you can let them know I refer to them as "all my single ladies!" Life is about having fun and sharing time with family and friends; I suppose that's why I want our customer's to feel like they are coming over to their favorite relative's house... And it's Christmas!
To me, life is always an adventure. Sometimes that means taking off with Tod and the boys to spend the day at Disneyland or heading to the beach for a day of water, sand and sun. Adventure is the attitude with which you live life and I can't wait to see what could happen next. You never know just what I'll do. Like my favorite performer, Frank Sinatra, says, "Fly me to the moon... let me play among the stars." Here's to playing among the stars!
I look forward to seeing you at our Morgan Hill store. You'll get bonus points and a BIG smile from me if you're a Frank Fan!
